"The Country Is on Its Knees," one banner read.

My Special Day started with the opening of my uncle's new Hotel, which we are all very proud. It was a nice ceremony.
Me and my mother got to meet her work friends and then we went to a place I've never been before and I was amazed! Reminded me of S. Jorge, the azorean island I like the most, so no wonder I worshiped that place. Pretty pictures =)
A few weeks ago, I ordered a new Nintendo AV Cable, since my old one wasn't making a good connection between the Super Nintendo platform and the TV. I could only play for like 5 minutes and then the image would have a lot of static. Resuming: it pissed me off. So I went to Amazon.com, hopping to get a new one but I was sure I was going to pay a high price for it. After a few minutes searching I found a cable plus two remotes (both generic, not official) for only $12.50 dls. ONLY! I didn't know we could find things like that online, that cheap.
I didn't need the remotes, but my mom is a doll and thought it would be good to order other 2, just in case...
I got it today, and it works perfectly! It just made my day... and week. Ok it probably just made my life worth it xD
Super Nintendo wow... I know you probably say it too but I'm a pro at Super Mario World. I would challenge you!
I'm loving these afternoons, coffee breaks, and Justo's car. All three of us, and our imaginary friend Sebastião. Just saying.

I haven't been photographing a lot. I knew I couldn't do it like I used to... Too bad. Just occasionally, like these ones I just posted. Blog pictures = how fun!

Best advertising spot at the moment, worth a watch! Trully meaningful and genuine. I love the Super Bowl commercial break. No promisse crap, I swear:
Last night, me and my boyfriend, who gets me embarassed all the time in front of people for the most stupid things ever, which I love btw, went to the movies last night. We went to see "The Fighter" and I must say it is a MUST GO SEE movie. Christian Bale and Mark Wahlberg? Come on... I can only be a great movie.
