Love

“Just this part of my day, where I get to see my whole family sleeping, and I get to see that they’re all taken care of. To me that is my ultimate job, that is the number one priority that is in my life, is just to make sure that these people are happy.“

This is true love, true devotion to the family, happiness and loyalty. God bless you and your family, Shay.

It's been 2 years of vlogging! My favourite part of the video starts at 5:04. It's really emotional and touching. Makes me realize there's still beautiful people in this world. Enjoy.

And I'm delighted about it!

"Geração à Rasca" protest. Portuguese youth made history.

Protesters shout slogans as they take part in a demonstration in central Lisbon. Upwards of 300,000 people took to the streets in Lisbon and other Portuguese cities on Saturday to protest job insecurity, responding to an initiative launched on the Facebook social network.

Upwards of 300,000 people took to the streets in Lisbon and other Portuguese cities on Saturday to protest job insecurity, responding to an initiative launched on the Facebook social network.

"There's No Freedom in Job Insecurity," marchers chanted in Lisbon's main artery.

"The Country Is on Its Knees," one banner read.

The Facebook appeal gathered 65,000 signatures, while some 200,000 people demonstrated in Lisbon and another 80,000 in Portugal's second city Porto, the LUSA news agency reported.

"Half of Portugal's active population is either unemployed or precarious, which shows that the situation is untenable," 27-year-old Joao Labrincha, who is unemployed and among the four organisers of the action, told AFP.

Portual, which had record unemployment last year at 10.8 percent, counts some 620,000 jobless, of whom nearly half are under 35 and more than 10 percent have a diploma.

Speculation has increased in recent days that Portugal will follow Greece and Ireland in being forced to accept an international bailout.

Finance Minister Fernando Teixeira dos Santos said Friday that Portugal would tighten austerity measures to ensure it meets its deficit reduction targets.

Special Day

My Special Day started with the opening of my uncle's new Hotel, which we are all very proud. It was a nice ceremony.

Me and my mother got to meet her work friends and then we went to a place I've never been before and I was amazed! Reminded me of S. Jorge, the azorean island I like the most, so no wonder I worshiped that place. Pretty pictures =)

1 Year.

Much more to come. *

Hometown + Cookies & Cream = Now I can die happy.

Good ol' Super Nintendo and 100th Post

A few weeks ago, I ordered a new Nintendo AV Cable, since my old one wasn't making a good connection between the Super Nintendo platform and the TV. I could only play for like 5 minutes and then the image would have a lot of static. Resuming: it pissed me off. So I went to Amazon.com, hopping to get a new one but I was sure I was going to pay a high price for it. After a few minutes searching I found a cable plus two remotes (both generic, not official) for only $12.50 dls. ONLY! I didn't know we could find things like that online, that cheap.
I didn't need the remotes, but my mom is a doll and thought it would be good to order other 2, just in case...

I got it today, and it works perfectly! It just made my day... and week. Ok it probably just made my life worth it xD
Super Nintendo wow... I know you probably say it too but I'm a pro at Super Mario World. I would challenge you!

Btw, this was my 100th Post.

Bye*
